Contrology Ped-o-Pul
It is a device that takes up very little space in the studio, providing an incredibly wide range of possibilities for working with the body. The Contrology Ped-o-Pul is of deliberately reduced stability, the aim of which is to support correct breathing and correct spinal elongation during exercise.
Training on the Contrology Ped-o-Pul, faithfully re-creating the design of the tool created by Joseph Pilates, poses a challenge for body stability. It allows for optimum connection and cooperation of the muscles of the spine and shoulders to make the most of the body’s capabilities consciously and correctly. This combination constitutes the basis for teaching Pilates technique among the first generation of teachers of this exercise method. With the Contrology Ped-o-Pul you can fully experience classic Pilates in your studio and create new challenges for your body as well as your clients.
The upgraded Contrology Ped-o-Pul KSG/CT version has been named after the late Kathy Stanford Grant and Carola Trier. According to Balanced Body sources, it was Kathy who initiated the design of the Pedipole with a tilted base, while Carola was the master of sitting exercises on the device. We were proud to honour these two extraordinary Pilates teachers and we want to popularise their ideas by creating the KSG/CT version of the Contrology Ped-o-Pul.
The Contrology Ped-o-Pul comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
