The Platform Extender is an innovative platform added to the Allegro Reformer built-in Platform. Specially designed for an even better training experience on the Allegro Reformer, it provides a larger support surface for arms and legs during exercise.
The Allegro 1 Platform Extender does not only provide the extension of Pilates practice, providing new challenges and training benefits to its users, but also more comfortable support when performing exercises in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and supine. So not only is the accessory perfect to retrofit the Reformer as you progress and explore more advanced techniques, but it also provides secure positioning, greater comfort, and stability to users who require it.
The Platform Extender is additionally equipped with a foam pad providing greater comfort and adjusting the height of the platform to the height of the carriage.
The accessory has been designed to fit the Allegro Reformers with serial no. 41501 or above. Its attachment does not require complex installation which makes using the extended platform quicker and easier. In the case of the Reformers with serial no. from 36396 to 41500, installation of the Platform Extender requires the removal of the Platform. It is not possible to use the Platform Extender on the Allegro Reformers with serial numbers below 36396.
